Thomas
J. Hofstedter
Mr.
Hofstedter attended the University of Toronto and became a member of The
Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ontario in 1978.
Mr. Hofstedter became
President and Chief Executive Officer of the REIT at its creation in
December 1996, and President and Chief Executive Officer of Finance
Trust at its creation in October 2008.
Prior to joining the REIT, Mr.
Hofstedter was head of H&R Development’s commercial division. Mr.
Hofstedter is also a trustee of Finance Trust. Mr. Hofstedter’s academic
and professional experience indicates expertise in the areas of
executive management, real estate and finance.

Robert E. Dickson
Mr. Dickson graduated from University College, Oxford in 1980 with a B.A.
(Jurisprudence) and graduated from the University of Toronto Law School in 1982
with an LL.B.
Since 2000, Mr. Dickson has been Executive Vice-President,
Corporate Development, Maxxcom Inc. and Managing Director, MDC Partners Inc.,
both public companies. Prior to that time, he practiced corporate law at Fraser
Milner Casgrain LLP.
Mr. Dickson specialized in mergers and acquisitions and
financing transactions while in private practice. Mr. Dickson’s academic and
professional experience indicates expertise in the areas of executive
management, law and finance.

Edward Gilbert
Mr. Gilbert became a member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants in
December 1969.
Mr. Gilbert had over 20 years experience in public accounting
until his retirement from public practice in 1989. During his career in
accountancy he was involved with the accounting and audit of many real estate
companies and was also involved in financing real estate projects.
Mr. Gilbert
has over 30 years experience in owning, operating and managing real estate
properties and ventures. In 1995 Mr. Gilbert joined Firm Capital Mortgage
Investment Trust, where he is currently the Chief Operating Officer and a
trustee.
Mr. Gilbert’s academic and professional experience indicates expertise
in the areas of executive management, real estate and finance.

Laurence A. Lebovic
Mr. Lebovic graduated cum laude with a B.Sc. from John Hopkins University in
1966 and received his LL.B. from Osgoode Hall Law School in 1971. Mr. Lebovic
is currently the Chief Executive Officer of Runnymede Development Corporation
Ltd. and has been since 1993. Mr. Lebovic was formerly a partner at the law firm
of Minden Gross LLP. Mr. Lebovic’s academic and professional experience
indicates expertise in the areas of executive management, law and real estate.

Ronald C. Rutman
Mr. Rutman graduated from the Commerce and Finance Program of the University of
Toronto in 1975 and received his designation as a Chartered Accountant in 1976.
Mr. Rutman has been a partner for over 30 years at Zeifmans LLP, Chartered
Accountants (formerly Zeifman & Company, Chartered Accountants). Mr. Rutman’s
academic and professional experience indicates expertise in the areas of real
estate and finance.

Marvin Rubner
Since 1982, Mr. Rubner has been
the manager and founder of YAD Investments Limited, which is a private
investment corporation located in Toronto, Ontario which invests in,
manages and develops commercial, retail, and residential apartment
buildings primarily in the Greater Toronto Area. Mr. Rubner’s academic
and professional experience indicates expertise in the area of real
estate and finance.

Shimshon (Stephen) Gross
Mr. Gross graduated from Brooklyn College of the City University of New
York in 1993 with a B.Sc. in Accounting and received his LL.B. from
Osgoode Hall Law School in 1996. Mr. Gross has been the President and
Principal of LRG Holdings Inc./Initial Corporation, which is a private
real estate investment company located in Toronto, Ontario. Mr. Gross is
also a director of Cross River Bank, a New Jersey chartered bank located
in Teaneck, New Jersey, and is a member of its audit committee. Prior to
this, Mr. Gross was a lawyer with the firm of Minden Gross LLP, a law
firm located in Toronto, Ontario. Mr. Gross’s academic and professional
experience indicates expertise in the area of finance, law and real
estate.

Neil Sigler
Mr. Sigler graduated from Thomas Edison State College in 1996 with a
B.A. and received his LL.B. from Osgoode Hall Law School in 1999. Since
2003, Mr. Sigler has been Vice-President and a principal of Gold Seal
Management Inc., a company that manages residential, commercial and
industrial properties in the Greater Toronto Area. Prior to this, Mr.
Sigler was a lawyer with the firm of Minden Gross LLP, a law firm
located in Toronto, Ontario. Mr. Sigler’s academic and professional
experience indicates expertise in the area of law, real estate and
