The 1.9m square foot
state-of-the-art office tower will be the tallest office building in Western
Canada. The project to be built in Calgary's downtown core will cost
approximately $1.1 billion and is expected to be completed in 2011. The office tower and
700 parking bays will be leased to EnCana Corporation for 25 years with
annual rental escalations. There is an additional 200,000 square feet of
retail and cultural space to be built on
the adjoining lands.
