Bell Mobility Mississauga, Ontario
The 775,000 square foot office complex, leased to Bell Mobility for a term of 20 years, is constructed on a 20 acre site, overlooking the Etobicoke Creek, on Eglinton Avenue immediately south of Toronto International Airport in central Mississauga. The REIT has undertaken to complete an additional 348,000 square foot building. The total cost of the project is expected to be $133 million and will be completed by Q1 2009.
