is an open-ended Real Estate Investment Trust. Our portfolio
of 35 office properties, 124 single-tenant industrial properties, 129 retail
properties and 3 development projects has a
book value totaling approximately $4,868 million,
encompassing 43 million square feet.
Our operating strategy is to lease our properties to creditworthy
tenants under long-term agreements with contractual rent escalations.
